What Chattree does

Chattree joins WhatsApp groups you administer and answers questions from material you give it. It is an assistant, not a replacement for you: it will say when it does not know rather than guess, and it brings anything it cannot answer to you.

Your side

• You must have the right to add Chattree to the groups you add it to.
• You are responsible for what you train it on — do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use Chattree to send unsolicited messages, or in a way that breaks WhatsApp's own terms.

Our side

• We will keep the service running as well as we reasonably can, but it depends on WhatsApp, which we do not control.
• Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters — particularly fees, times and rules.
• We will tell you before making a change that materially reduces what your plan includes.

Paying

Free accounts stay free. Paid plans are billed through Polar, our merchant of record, and you can cancel from the billing portal at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Ending it

Remove Chattree from your groups whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or WhatsApp's.
